When dyed - the color of the flowers changes, not the black background. It is lightweight with a loose draped cut finishing in an arched hemline (front higher than the back) and long exaggerated sleeves. It has a wide V neckline and relaxed draped hood, making it the easiest piece to throw on when things cool down.
